Harbour Healthcare are recruiting for 2 Receptionists in Bolton BL2. **The Receptionists main duties will include**:

- Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients, their relatives, and external stakeholders.
- Adhering to current GDPR requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to the management and home.

The Receptionists role is a key role in the Company that will require the post holder to ensure the smooth running of the front of desk. the successful applicant will have had previous experience and will also possess the following key attributes, which must be demonstrated at interview:
**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
