As a Sales Associate at JOTT, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA and our Story to our customers. You are the voice of JOTT and a true ambassador of the company, our products, values, and our culture. Under the leadership of the store management team, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service with enthusiasm and authenticity whilst maintaining the store in the best conditions and participate to store operations.

This position is for our Carnaby Street Store. As our new team member you will bring the following skills**:Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations. **You should be able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment. **Business driven with the hunger and enthusiasm to drive the store forward. ** Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills. **Confident, enthusiastic and positive & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Language : full English proficiency but a second language is a plus**
