**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will include;
The provision of safe quality care, individualised care, helping with social activities and residents’ interests, aiding with clinical needs and assisting with any other additional services that will enable our service users to live their daily lives as independently as possible.

**Providing individualised support to meet the daily care needs of residents.**
Attends to the comfort and personal appearance and hygiene of residents at all times including dressing and undressing, assistance with personal and intimate care.
**Support each resident to remain as active and independent as possible while still ensuring their care requirements are met.**
Respect the residents; right to choose, privacy and dignity and be sensitive to each person’s needs as an individual.
**Assist maintain the residents environments maintaining positive infection control.**
Participate in residents’ activities within the care environment and approved excursions.
Have positive and effective communications with residents, relatives and colleagues.
**Any other reasonable task requested by a supervisor or manager which is required to provide a safe, quality service.**
Other duties linked to care of the residents as required by the Care Home Manager.

**Experience**:
SVQ level 2.
Minimum of 1-year care experience working with elderly persons.

Compatible salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow G51 1HA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
