Support Worker Complex Care

**Location**:CB3, Cambridge. Family home with fully adapted modern annexe.
**Pay**:
- £14.00 per hour for weekdays
- £16.00 Weekends
- £28.00 (day) per hour for Bank Holidays.
- Rates are dependent on experience
**Hours**:Waking night shifts - 36 hours per week 9.30pm-09.30am. Nights will be discussed at interview as you would be required to shadow and experienced night support worker for 3 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate carer to join an existing home care team and support this very special and friendly young man who is severely disabled. You will be a highly valued team member who will play a crucial role in making a real difference to his daily life and his ongoing well-being in this purpose-built, spacious, and fully equipped accommodation.

We are looking for someone who is caring, polite, reliable, proactive, a supportive team member and empathetic to this role's needs and with complex disability experience preferred.
**P**ay (dependent on experience) and Benefits**:
- £14.00 per hour for weekdays, days
- £16.00 per hour for weekends and waking nights
- £28.00 per hour (double rate) for Bank Holidays, Days
- Regular overtime opportunities, especially during school breaks
