They have a new opening for a Senior Service Advisor to join and continue to build upon the existing accomplishments. This could be for you

**The Role**

You will be the link between the dealership’s customers and the workshop. From initial contact, greeting customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing on service or understanding repair needs, to scheduling work and presenting the completed job. Along the journey, you’ll organise test drives for Technicians, liaise with the parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer and ensure all invoicing is in order. It’s all about giving customers peace of mind and a great experience.

This is a full-time position, working 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturdays, on a rotational basis.
- We seek someone with proven service advisor experience and an enthusiasm for automotive
- You’ll be someone who can instantly get to grips with processes, products and services
- If you have the tenacity and dedication to realise your potential, you will have access to the best training, to go as far as possible
- For the role of Senior Service Advisor, we would like you to have 5/6 years of experience as a service advisor with team responsibilities
- You hold a full UK driving licence (ideally, clean or a maximum of 3 penalty points)

**The Package**

Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. Plus, your hard work, will result in a competitive bonus and OTE of £36,000, a pension scheme and access to training and development courses.
