**Regional HR Business Partner - South**

**Full-time | Permanent | South of England | £50,000 + Annual Bonus | Hybrid Working Offered**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an established national organisation.

Reporting into the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for business partnering your allocated region to help deliver the people strategy. This role is field based and will be covering a dedicated region within the South of England to include, WestLondon, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.

You will support and guide line managers through all operational HR including but not exclusive to; employee relations and performance management, coaching, absence management and ad hoc HR projects.

You will be on the road approximately 2-3 days of the week with the rest of the week working from home.
- Based ideally in West London, Berkshire, Hampshire, or Surrey and be able to travel regularly, including overnight stays
- A minimum of 5 years HR experience ideally within construction, manufacturing or heavy industries
- Ability to demonstrate excellent employment law knowledge and business partnering experience
- Union experience along with awareness of the TUPE process
- CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
- Ability to communicate across all levels is essential to this role
- Collaborative approach to work along with the ability to use your own initiative

**This role requires regular travel including overnight stays as and when required. A company car will be provided or a car allowance will be offered.**
