**Early Years Practitioner (EYP) - Level 3**

We are looking for a fun and energetic person to join our amazing team. What is more wonderful than watching children grow and develop and knowing you have had an impact.

Our workload is much less as we are not driven by written observations. We focus closely on interacting with children and help support, develop their learning through play

Hours 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday

(would consider 2 job share part time roles)

Salary based on experience

Full time/part time

Term time only

Location : St Albans AL1

Offering early years education for 2-5 year olds, in a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment. We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic level 3 practitioner to join our lovely team.

Main priorities include:

- to act as key person to a group of children and use systems of observation and record keeping so that their attainment and progress are effectively and regularly assessed
- ensure that each child is working within the early years foundation stage
- to ensure personalised play and learning experiences are planned for key children and effective observation procedures are used.
- good knowledge of safeguarding
- flexible and a team player.

To start April 2023
