**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the front of house area.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with our service standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Making Coffees to Barista standard.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
