**Position**: Care Worker, **Salary**: £11.30 per Hour, **Mileage**: 35p per mile

**AREAS WE ARE RECRUITING FOR;** Urmston, Stretford, Flixton, Sale, Altrincham and Timperley.
- Are you looking for full time work on a 2 week rota:_
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday_
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday_

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience in care is a plus, but not required.
- Drivers preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
