**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Junior Retail Promotions Associate** to join our team and support the execution of retail marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about retail, marketing, and promotions, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing retail promotional campaigns across multiple store locations
- Support on-site promotional activities, including setting up displays and engaging with customers
- Work closely with store teams and brand representatives to ensure promotional materials are properly displayed
- Collect feedback and report on promotional performance and customer interactions
- Help distribute promotional materials and samples to retail locations as needed
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of promotional items and ensure timely replenishment
- Support administrative tasks such as updating campaign databases and tracking sales data
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotions and ensure alignment with campaign goals
- Attend retail locations as required to provide hands-on support during promotional events

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for retail marketing and promotions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in retail, promotions, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to travel locally to various retail sites
