**Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre - The Role**:
Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking for a **Customer Service Advisor** to provide an exceptional service to students, families, and the wider community. You will be the first point of contact, helping with course information, enrolments, and general inquiries.

**Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre - Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Telephones**: Answer calls, provide course information, and handle messages.
- ** Information & Enquiries**: Provide impartial guidance on courses, fees, finance, and entry criteria.

**Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre - You**:

- Strong communication skills
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a team player with attention to detail

**Essential Qualifications**
- Hold a Literacy and numeracy level 2 qualification (GCSE A-C/9-4) or equivalent.
