We currently have an opportunity for an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team in Nottingham. The purpose of the role is to monitor health and safety compliance and provide SHEQ support and assistance to our operation teams.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Drive the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives of the organization.
- Work with Operational teams to help deliver high quality projects to our clients.
- Carry out regular Office, Depot and Site Audits and Inspections.
- Deliver Inductions to new teams and Personnel.
- Support the management in Development and distribution of Health Safety plans for standalone and Framework projects.
- Provide advice and guidance to all staff.
- Undertake Risk assessments and review sub-contractor documentation.
- Monitor and review training requirements and decide for training to be undertaken as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Civil Engineering and Utilities would be beneficial but not essential.
- Nebosh General/Construction certificate or similar.
- Member of IOSH or working toward.
- IT and Microsoft Office Literate.
- Ability to influence positive behaviours amongst all stakeholders.
