Gatwick IRC are looking for an Administrator to contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, faxing etc.

**About You**:

- Wide ranging experience of office routines and procedures
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Experience of working in a customer care environment
- Experience of data submission and report production
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Intermediate IT skills
- Problem solving skills
- Able to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £22,990 per annum - depending on experience. We offer a whole host of additional benefits such as: cycle to work scheme, free DBS check, free uniform, an extensive training and development structure for all employees along with an employee recognition scheme.
