**Care Coordinator with Bee's Care**

This role involves working as a part of a team to support our clients as well as coordinating the Booking side of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with daily rota changes, job allocation and inputting customer information into Care Planner
- Being the first point of contact for clients and care staff
- Providing care in accordance with current best practices
- Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents, and incidents
- Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace.
- Being part of On-call rota

**What do we require**:

- Good communication skills, you will need to be calm, patient, professional and an excellent listener.
- Highly skilled with computers (Excel, Microsoft) and mobile handset technology. Strong Organisation and time management skills and the ability to multi - task
- Have the ability to deal with confrontation and crisis situation.
- Experienced in rostering systems or other planning systems - Care Planner would be advantageous
- _YOU WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR._
- _Shift pattern 7 am till 2 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm._
