We are looking for 2 part-time receptionists for a job share working for a professional business in central Croydon.

**Role 1.**

Is a 12 month fixed term contract working Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 0830 to 1700

**Role 2.**

Is a permanent position working on a Thursday & Friday from 0830 to 1700

Duties
- To ensure smooth running of the reception area
- Welcoming visitors on arrival
- Organising visitor passes
- Booking / allocating car parking spaces
- Liaising with internal colleagues
- Managing plasma tv screens
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy
- Ordering taxis
- Dealing with deliveries
- Dealing with the post

**Skills**:

- Well presented with great communication skills
- Previous switchboard & reception experience
- Experience of working within a corporate environment
- Good data entry and IT skills able to use MS Word and Outlook
- Willing to be flexible

There will be the requirement to provide cover during holidays and adbsence
