**What you will be doing**

You will be providing an industry leading, customer-focused and professional service to our customers while delivering and exceeding customer-centric and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will support customers in their queries, championing the Policy Expert brand through both inbound and outbound calls and online communication, providing a top-level service to all Policy Expert customers.

The primary focus for this role is to create an exceptional customer journey by assisting customers to answer any queries and make any changes to their policies. This will include:

- Meeting the high expectations and standards of our Customer Service within Policy Expert
- Handling inbound telephone calls from customers who have queries relating to their insurance policy or who wish to make an adjustment to their insurance policy mid-term
- Making outbound calls and contacts to customers on a regular or ad-hoc basic
- Effectively processing administrative tasks on a regular or ad-hoc basis
- Confidently upselling additional products to our customers
- Effectively managing and resolving complaints

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
