**The Opportunity**

The role of the Jnr Graphic Designer is to support the Sales & Marketing team with producing marketing collateral to promote the business through the generation of marketing campaigns including social media, video creation, any required animation, internalbusiness documents, sales documentation, company brochures and any other marketing collateral as required.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software and a professional approach to time and deadlines.

**The Role**
- Conceptualise, design, and produce a range of digital and traditional materials that increase the company’s exposure and demand. These include, but are not limited to comprehensive ad campaign creatives, blog publications design, direct mail, banners, internalgraphic elements, web and social media assets, corporate design, and possible recruitment materials
- Assure that printed and online materials properly reflect the company’s brand, messaging, and tone
- Manage production elements for all materials: review art direct illustrators, and maintain, organise, and archive artwork files
- Other design duties as assigned to advance projects, initiatives, and priorities of the company
- Study competitor brands and present your findings/recommendations to the team
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines

**The Person**
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn't one
- Experience operating a variety of standard and special-purpose still and/or video cameras
- Possess technical skills to edit graphics and videos, any animation
- Experience with visual storytelling including illustration, video, and animation
- Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat;
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Premier Pro, After Effects
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
- A strong portfolio in illustrations/ graphics & animation
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
- Ability to work in high pressure environments and work to defined deadlines
- Flexibility to work around nominal working hours
- Desirable but not required working knowledge of front-end code using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
