**About you**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Working alongside third-line support including, monitoring, troubleshooting and improving service delivery.
- Successfully follow the agreed ITIL processes and procedures, whilst continually reviewing to find improvements to the current incident and service request processes
- Involved in desktop and laptop build process.
- Review the audio-visual function and provide support and improvements.
You will act as the sole Engineer in the Bristol offices, also covering other smaller sites across the Southwest of England.
**Technical skills required**
- Office 365
- Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Exchange administration
- Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android devices & Microsoft InTune MDM
- Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFD's (multi-function devices), PC's and all peripheral items
- Citrix 7.x
- Windows 10 Desktop
- SCCM
On top of the basic pay, you will receive £4500 car allowance, and all petrol/travel expenses paid.
All travel expenses will be covered - a driving license and owning a car are essential for this role.
**Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 depending on experience**
**Location - 5 days onsite (Bristol) Potential to go down to 1-day remote**
