Paediatric Carer

Our client a young female aged 2 years old with complex care needs - ‘Cornelia de Lange Syndrome' who resides at home with her parents, our client requires a compassionate Night Carer to provide full care and support to all her clinical needs. You will have an opportunity to develop and gain news skills in: PEG feeding, suctioning, and clinical observations.

You will receive 24/7 support from Clinical Nurse Team. Competencies are assessed by our Nurses and you will receive ongoing clinical and mandatory training. We are committed to your ongoing professional development

Shift patterns are: 22:00pm - 08:00am Waking Nights

Rates of Pay: £12.33 to £14.34** (inclusive of holiday pay)**

You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in all that you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career development.

As a Carer with Advantage Healthcare you will have:
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- The ability to commit to regular (flexible) hours
- A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of person centred care
