**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Develop and lead comms workstreams for several transformational change programmes
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and collaborate with the business owner and project manager on management of stakeholder expectations
- Identify and manage change management risks and issues
- Understand the business challenges and opportunities of each change programme, and translate into impactful communications solutions
- Develop, review, agree (with project teams) and deliver change communications strategies, working in partnership with business communications team
- Develop and implement the change management and training approach in collaboration with the Programme Director
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging campaigns in line with agreed strategies for designated programmes, as well as overarching regional communications strategies
- Develop, and enable effective deployment of, comprehensive stakeholder engagement maps and plans
- Ensure customer satisfaction of internal project stakeholders through effective client management, timely delivery of work, and regular reporting
- Develop and deliver high-quality, written content for internal channels, in support of agreed initiatives, and working with Communications team
- Ensure alignment of activities with other group strategies and plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the best results for the organization
- Understanding user needs and how new technology can benefit the user community
- Engage our business customers and managing our network of champions to drive training and adoption of Microsoft 365 services through demos and more.
- Experience of developing blended learning tools through creating learning resources and signposting already established training resources.
- Ideally experience of Microsoft products and providing training tools around the platform.
- Excellent Change Management and Stakeholder holder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to a broad audience.
- Experience of developing blended learning content, utilising a variety of tools.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Desirable - PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent project management qualification or experience.
- Desirable - TAP Certification in Training Delivery Skills and/or AET Level 3 (Award in Education and Training) or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL)
- Microsoft (MCP, MOS Expert and Master)

**Competencies/Key Behaviours**
Seeking somebody who is dynamic, engaging, has strong stakeholder management skills, is self-motivated and can work independently. In addition to excellent communication skills (written/verbal), you must have gravitas and be able to demonstrate the following:

- Brings change management expertise and raises awareness of the benefits of managing change effectively
- Develop and implement the change management and training approach in collaboration with the project team
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and collaborate with the business owner and project manager on management of stakeholder expectations
- Work with the existing Change and Communications team to develop effective communication products using appropriate communication medium and message senders
- Demonstrable experience with cross functional business improvement initiatives
- Strong advisory and facilitation skills
- Strong influencing and relationship skills. Must be able to influence without the need for direct authority.
- Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity
- Strong people skills
