Lettings Administrator

**Office based role. 5 days per week including Saturday with a day off in the week (1 in every 4 Saturdays off in lieu of the week day).**

WC Dawson & Son LTD are a well-established Estate Agency and Lettings Agency located in Stalybridge.

We are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our busy and expanding lettings team based in Stalybridge and covering the areas of Tameside and Greater Manchester.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in lettings and property management.

The job role encompasses all aspects of lettings and property management.

You will be dealing with the day to day running of our rental properties and dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well as part of the team but also independently in a fast paced environment.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
