**Wraparound Care Assistant (Breakfast Club)**

**Salary**: £12.26 per hour (£23,657 pro rata per annum)

**Contract**: Fixed Term (until 31st March 2026)

**Working Hours**:Part time (5 hours per week, 7.30am until 8.30am, Monday-Friday, 38 weeks per year, no Teacher Training days)

Dilton Marsh Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic **Wraparound Care Assistant (Breakfast Club)** to support the Wraparound Care Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of our before-school provision.

We are a happy and popular, single form entry, primary school, educating children between the ages of 5 and 11. Located in the charming village of Dilton Marsh, we have strong relationships with the local community and Holy Trinity Church. Our staff are dedicated to providing a safe, happy, caring, creative and nurturing learning environment, where everyone is valued as an individual and encouraged to become independent and resilient learners. Our strong Christian ethos of tolerance and respect flows through the whole school. As a founding member of Acorn Education Trust in 2014, we work closely with other schools within the Trust to provide the best possible education, opportunities and support for our young people. In November 2023, we were proud to achieve a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating in all categories, with inspectors praising our staff for their ‘high expectations for all pupils’.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children;
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;
- Is self-motivated, energetic and proactive and will support in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality education and care for all of our children;
- Has experience of working with children (4 - 11 years old) in a play / educational setting;
- Has Food handling experience and/or a Food handling certificate (or willingness to complete one);
- Is a strong team player;
- Has a positive and flexible attitude;
- Can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with children;
- Is First Aid trained (advantageous).
