**This advert is for a Conductor Instructor, initial 6 month secondment at Crewe.**

With focus on Crewe this role will allow you to get involved in a range of activities, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering trainee conductor training/briefing
- Providing feedback and coaching and supporting conductors who are returning to work
- Mentoring conductors undertaking route learning
- Completing conductor assessments where needed.
- Provide support and feedback to the Conductor Management Team when required.
- Be a Qualified Conductor (one year (minimum) and qualified experience)
- Uphold strong knowledge of routes and traction for the network
- Excel in your current role, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and above all, possess motivation for the conductor role
- Hold or be prepared to work towards the Coaching and Assessor and Presentation Skills awards.
- Have strong IT skills.
