**Wedding and Events Assistant**

Set within the rolling hills of the Cheshire Countryside, the hotel offers championship golf courses and an exceptional spa and leisure facility, as well as being in close proximity to motorways, Liverpool Airport and a superb range of exciting attractions.

**The Person**
- **About a role**:_

Macdonald’s Wedding & Events Coordinator is vital in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach, and a willingness to exceed our guests’ expectations. Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
- **Outline Job Description**:_
- To ensure special events and sales are converted and run to high standard from enquiry through to delivery of the wedding or event
- Achieving monthly and yearly targets set by sales manager based on increase in overall event and wedding spend
- Anticipating guests needs, always and exceeding their expectations
- Managing final detail planning inclusive of; bedroom reservations, supplier contacts and direct communication with the internal team

**Hours & Requirements**
- Full Time Contract
- Flexible Hours but mostly 09:00 - 17:30 40 hours per week, including weekends. Tuesday to Saturday
- **Salary**:_ £26K - £29K per annum

Min 1 years of experience events and wedding expereince

A knowledge of Opera is important
