**Care Support Worker** - **Nights, Norwich**
**£12.85 per hour (nights)**
**27 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours**

**A day in the life**:
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

**About Mountfield**:
**Mountfield is our residential home, providing dedicated care and support to up to 46 people at the home. We pride ourselves on providing person-centred care and support for people living with dementia, treating each person as an individual.**
