Position Title: Front of House Representative (Estate Agent)

Location: Clacton-on-Sea

Overview:
As a Front of House Representative within our esteemed real estate agency, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and potential buyers or sellers. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our agency and setting the tone for successful client interactions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Welcoming Visitors**: Greet clients and visitors as they enter the office with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy. Make them feel valued and attended to from the moment they arrive.

3. **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments for clients with real estate agents. Maintain an organized calendar and ensure appointments are logged accurately.

4. **Assisting Clients**: Assist clients with basic inquiries, such as property listings, pricing, and availability. Provide general guidance and support throughout their interactions with the agency.

5. **Maintaining Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure marketing materials, brochures, and other resources are stocked and readily available for clients.

6. **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and mail handling. Support agents and staff with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

7. **Client Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients after property viewings or meetings to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain a proactive approach to client communication and satisfaction.

8. **Building Relationships**: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
