**Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician in the Greenwich area.**

**The Company**:
The client is a global facilities management provider who pride themself in offering the best service over the UK, you will be part of a fast growing team who offer several avenues of progression.

**The Position** is for an experienced Electrician to work on an Ikea contract in Greenwich, you will be working as a static engineer covering electrical maintenance, PPM's and general maintenance jobs.

**Shift Pattern**:
Week 1 - Working Monday - Thursday - Fri OFF - Working Sat & Sun

Week 2 - Monday OFF - Working Tuesday - Friday Sat & Sun off

Hours: 7am - 4pm

**Duties**:

- Support the Estates Management maintenance Services within the store.
- Fault finding and repairing electrical systems.
- Carry out PPM's and remedials on electrical and mechanical equipment such as but not limited to AHU's, Emergency Lighting, Pumps and Motors.
- To work as part of a team and finish duties relevant to the position
- multi-skilled team providing an efficient estates service.
- The electrician will need to undertake any other reasonable task.
- Carry out the work of other trades where there is an interface to the work in hand with a level of competence that's outside core trade.
- To adhere to Company policies and procedures
- To observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations and Electrical IEE regulations.
