- **As a Lead Barista at The Steamhouse, you will be the driving force behind our beverage excellence; this includes**:_
- Serve all drinks, including espresso-based coffees, to the most excellent standard (inclusive of taste AND design).
- Work alongside the Store Manager to maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment while developing personal growth opportunities for the team.
- Ensure that all team members are supported in fulfilling their roles.
- Oversee and maintain safety & food hygiene standards in all working areas according to food safety guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain correct stock levels.
- Enforce high quality and exceptional customer service standards in line with The Steamhouse Standards.

**The Role**:

- Serving all drinks, including espresso based coffees, the the most excellent standard (inclusive of taste AND design).
- Working along side and supporting the management team in all day-to-day operations of the business
- Leading from the front; motivating and developing the Front of House team in all aspects of service
- Maintaining systems to ensure that operational procedures are kept up to standard
- Making certain that all products that leave the kitchen or the business are up to brand standard, and training your team to do the same
- Ensuring that there is enough staff to fulfil all roles everytime you are on duty
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
- Ensuring that the business as a whole remains compliant and safe with HSE regulations, along-side other managers, to protect all team and guests.
- Deputising other manager position to cover any holiday or sickness
- Monitor and maintain _The Steamhouse Standards _by enforcing high quality and exceptional customer service standards.
- This position is available on a full-time contract (Based on a 40 hour contract) that is fully flexible across the week._
- At least 1 years experience as a Hospitality Supervisor of a similar level
- Have a minimum of 1 years barista experience, and be able to demonstrate excellent skills and knowledge

Pay: From £26,000.00 per month
