**Overview**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is captured.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in bookkeeping.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
