**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The UKP Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the UKP Marketing Manager and UKP Brand Managers in the development and delivery of our consumer marketing strategies and activations within the UKP route to market. Reporting directly into the UKP Brand Manager, this role will support in the delivery of the point of purchase for our brands helping to unlock opportunities and deliver best in class activation across a variety of channels and customers.

Dealing with a range of relationships both internally and externally the role will ensure our brand building integrity is protected whilst delivering plans that convince customers to support the long term strategic agenda and drive engagement with their consumers/guests.

Working directly with the UKP Brand Team and other key stakeholders, this role will ensure successful delivery of our consumer marketing plans and the use of insight to drive shopper engagement and conversion.

**YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE**:

- Supporting the Brand Team on:
- The creation and delivery of the 1-3 year brand and innovation plans.- The creation and delivery of the 1 year communication plans.- The marketing budget management in line with agreed spend.- The management and development of NPI projects
- Delivering the brand activation plans to meet the needs of the individual channels and customers.
- To deliver consistent, relevant and timely communications to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Support on the budget management, raising PO’s, accurate reporting and providing period updates.
- Manage the POS / Shopper offer - including briefing the creative team on the creation, and co-ordinating implementation management.
- Manage all product updates through Brand Bank
- Keep abreast of the changing marketplace through consumer research and market visits where appropriate.
- Track competitor activity in the market place to ensure our plans are competitive and fit for purpose.
- Respond to ad hoc project requests with written reports and recommendations e.g. gathering market information and performing data searches
- Lead the artwork approval process for packaging projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Support with brand performance monitoring and data tracking.
- Support with the co-ordination of consumer and market research and analysis.
- Review and maintain all relevant UKP websites (Vimto & Nichols PLC).

YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

- Sound experience of working in a trade/shopper/ consumer marketing role
- Working within the FMCG UK market and a clear understanding of the various channels
- UKP experience preferable but not essential
- Project management and strong organisational skills essential
- Ideally agency relationship management experience
