**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate delivery vans to transport goods to various locations efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist with heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Commercial Driver, Van Driver, or Delivery Driver is preferred.
- A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and customers effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed during deliveries.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous.
- A good understanding of local routes and traffic patterns is beneficial.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant regulations while driving.
