Refuse Loader

**Title: Refuse Loader / Waste Disposal Operative**

The Best Connection are currently seeking to recruit Refuse Collectors to join our clients growing team based in Petersfield, Hampshire.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Manually removing household waste and recycling
- Disposing waste into the lorry
- Assisting a driver on their daily route in and around the Petersfield area
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy
- Working with a small team in an allocated area
- Adhering with health and safety regulations
- Dealing with members of the public

Job requirements:

- Walking up to 15 miles per day
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 20KG
- Good communication skills

Hours of work are 0630 to 1500, Monday to Friday.

Pay rate of £10.58 per hour, weekly pay.

**Following 12 continuous weeks, the rate will increase to £11.60 per hour. Please note, there is the opportunity to be offered a full time contract, following a successful trial period.**
