Ideally looking for someone with 6 months+ experience in property lettings from in or out of London but if you are a recent graduate I would love to hear from you.

**Job Description**:
You will negotiate the rent of residential properties by proactively calling, qualifying and ultimately negotiating with potential tenants as they enquire and will ensure to deliver a world class service to landlords by delivering the best results possible.

Package Includes:

- Commission + bonuses and incentives
- £25k guarantee for 3 months
- £35k OTE
- Car Allowance
