IKEA Brighton are looking to welcome Store Assistants to our vibrant new store teamJoin our team at the innovative new Brighton store as a Store Co-worker, where you'll play a key role in creating a remarkable shopping experience for our guests. In this role, no two days are the same This role is all about customer service, ensuring our guests leave feeling satisfied with their purchase and inspired by IKEA.WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be 8th November 2025.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour.- 16 Hours working 4 days per week, including evenings and 3 in 4 weekends working.

OR
- 24 Hours working 5 days per week, including evenings and 3 in 4 weekends working.

OR
- 39 Hours working 5 days per week including evenings and 2 in 4 weekends working.- We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You’ll play a key role in the Customer Services team, helping ensure every customer leaves with a positive and memorable IKEA experience
- You provide a memorable shopping experience for our customers working across various departments throughout the day, supporting store guests to find the most suitable solutions for their life at home.
- You are always curious about the range, wanting to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
- You support maximising sales by ensuring your areas of responsibility are clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
- You will use the IKEA vision of a better everyday life at home and prioritise the guests by interacting with guests and promoting products to align with their needs.
