FILTROX Carlson Ltd was established in 1923 by John C Carlson and has been based at Butts Mill in Barnoldswick, England since 1950.

From that time to the present day, the company has developed a strong position in the marketplace for filtration equipment and filtration media in various forms from depth filter sheets to high performance cartridges.

From the Barnoldswick factory the company distributes products throughout the UK and to over 130 countries through an extensive network of agents and distributors.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technologist to join our quality, growing team.

**About the Role**:
As a Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered to our customers on time.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Control of raw material and production quality control systems
- Maintenance of product specifications, furnish and plant data systems
- Technical support, information and recommendations to Sales and customers.
- Production support
- Process measurements.
- Support production optimisation projects.
- Assist with planning and running machine trials.
- Internal audits.
- COSHH assessments.
- Liaise with other departments as appropriate.
- Bacteria retention determination

You will also have the following qualities:
