We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join us as a **Retail Outlet Sales Advisor** at our Outlet in **Blackburn.** You will join us on a **part-time, permanent **basis working 14 hours per week (working Saturdays and Sundays). As our **Retail Outlet Sales Advisor,** your role will be to maximise the sales and profitability of the outlet by offering a first-class customer experience, and ensuring that the outlet is well stocked and presented at all times.

Flexibility to work additional hours as required, and at our Padiham site is always an advantage

**Our Retail Outlet Sales Advisor** **will have the following responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all customers an industry-leading customer service experience during all aspects of their contact
- Ensuring that exemplary standards are maintained throughout the Outlet
- Displaying all products to their maximum potential and ensuring that stock is maintained to an agreed level
- Ensuring that all products are priced clearly and correctly, following both company and trading standards guidelines
- Making sure that all health and safety guidelines are followed within the Outlet to ensure the safety of both staff and customers alike
- Protecting company assets by ensuring that all security guidelines are followed
- Ensuring that Outlet takings are balanced on a daily basis and that any shortfalls are communicated and fully investigated
- Ensuring that all discounts are applied correctly through the till system and that discount codes are not misused

**Experience and skills required by our Retail Outlet Sales Advisor**:

- Retail and/or general business awareness
- Customer service experience and a vision of what makes excellent customer service
- Cash handling experience
- Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Character/Personal traits - a confident, approachable, people person
