**Position: Senior Care Worker**

**Reports to**:Registered Care Manager

**Salary**:£22,000 per Year

**Hours**: 40 hrs per week on Pro rota basis

**Number of Vacancies: 10**

Chosen Care Group is currently recruiting Senior Care Worker with a minimum of two years of experience in delivering Personal Care, PEG, Catheter care, and Oral suctioning.

You need level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, effective communication skills, and prepared to work flexibly to meet our client's needs in the community.

Your role includes
- Deliver high-quality care in the community for people with complex needs.
- Administer medication to our clients and fill MAR Sheet.
- Maintain care records up to date
- You will be liaising with family and professionals concerning client needs and wellbeing
- Carry out planned and unplanned spot checks in the community.
- Supervise and train care assistant to mobilise services.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
