Are you a skilled and experienced leader looking for a new opportunity in a children's residential setting? Trust Care Management Ltd is currently seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care to children and has previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will lead and support a team of support workers in providing high-quality care to children and young people. You will supervise and manage the team's performance, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. You will be responsible for creating and implementing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will build positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs, safeguarding them at all times, and supporting their mental and physical wellbeing through different activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license
- Experience working in children services or related fields is preferable.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
