**IT Business Analyst - Permanent

Hybrid Working: Home/Office (Herts)/Client Site
£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits**

IT Business Analyst required for a high growth technology / data consulting firm supporting the deployment of their solution to various Clients.

**Responsibilities**
- User requirement gathering and extensive process mapping to identify key functional requirements to deploy to Client sites.
- Prepare specs for the technical teams regarding functional / process changes required
- Through design and build phase ensure solution meets Client requirements
- Conduct workshops to assess business change requirements
- Assisting with testing, deployment and providing training material on new systems
- Liaising between Client and technical teams

**Experience Required**
- Business analysis experience ideally working with data and analytics solutions
- Knowledge and working experience of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- End-to-end experience - requirement gathering through to implementation
- Ability to produce clear and concise specification documents
