A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Enhance Healthcare.

As our business expands, we are seeking Team Leaders to join our Enhance living Support Services located in Coatbridge. The Service delivers excellent care to our individual Service users which is indicated in our current Care Inspectorate grading

We are looking for a unique individuals who can bring skills to enable us to expand our Services to the next level. We are looking for Team Leaders who can bring together our carers and lead them in the delivery of excellent care. Applicants must hold a full clean UK driving licence. Our team Leaders must have SVQ3. We will support working towards SVQ4. Our team Leaders must have the following skills
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge and insight into the Social Health Care systems and processes
- A proven successful track record with a minimum of two years’ experience leading teams within Social Care Services
- The ability to build excellent relationships with Service Users families and key stakeholders.
- The ability to grow a positive team culture to deliver excellent care.
- Manage an on-call system out of hours.
- Plan rosters in advance to ensure excellent service delivery
- Ensure regular supervisions are completed with team members
- Ensure our audit systems are current and up to date

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coatbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SVQ3 certificate (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
