Retail Butcher

**An opportunity to work within a busy retail Butcher's shop. We pride ourselves on being self sufficient and doing as much as we can in house and therefore we are looking for a skilled butcher to join and progress within our team.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Preparing products for sale including the daily running of the butchery counter and maintaining a fresh and an enticing display
- Deboning of Pork, Lamb, Beef and Poultry
- Making of products such as Sausage, Burgers and Kebabs
- Provide a high level of customer service

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication
- Punctual
- Motivated and able to use own initiative
- Presentable
- Team player as well as being able to work independently when necessary
- Enthusiastic
- Food Hygiene Qualification is preferred but not essential

**Hours of work**:
Full time role - Approximately 37.5 hours a week - _(Hours may increase or vary depending on service pressures)._ 4 days a week to include every Saturday.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
