We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
- Handle customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
- Maintain and organise files, both physical and digital
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform order entry and manage inventory
- Utilise current systems for various tasks, such as document creation and collaboration

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in this role is preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing
- Proficiency in using digital systems such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Database, One note etc
- Experience with project coordination and event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with Care systems or other software is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
