**Role Overview**

As a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service throughout their rental journey. You will be managing the rental process from start to finish and this is a role with variety: from showing properties and negotiating deals to managing tenant and landlord relationships. No two days are the same

**Key Responsibilities**
- Bringing a property to market - photographing properties, creating adverts,
- Conduct viewings and meet potential tenants to showcase properties
- Negotiate rental terms to secure the best results for both landlords and tenants
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring all maintenance and compliance tasks are up to date
- Conduct interim inspections and report findings to landlords
- Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Assist in tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes

**Additional Responsibilities**
- In addition to the above we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media and help grow our online presence. You will be required to regularly post industry relevant content along with properties available to rent and buy (assistance and guidance will be given initially).

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience in lettings** is ideal, but if you’re enthusiastic and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training you need
- **Great communication skills** with a friendly and professional attitude
- **Organized and proactive,** with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- **Full, clean driving licence and access to a car** (essential for this role)
- **Reliable and willing to work on Saturday mornings** (Time off in lieu given during the week for Saturday mornings worked)

Pay: From £23,795.20 per year
