The SEN Teaching Assistant:
For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must have experience working with children with significant SEN, such as Autism, ADHD, PMLD, communication and learning difficulties. You must be a strong communicator with a passion for making a difference. It is importantthat you can build a good rapport with your pupils and demonstrate the ability to manage a classroom effectively, as behaviour can often be challenging.
The SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in this school, you will be working closely with teaching staff to deliver fun and exciting lessons that keep students engaged. You will also assist with managing classroom behaviour and providing learning support for the pupilsin the class that have SEN or are struggling to engage with their studies.
