**Role Profile**:
Cast UK are delighted to have partnered with a key customer of ours as they look to strengthen their health and safety team. This fantastic opportunity is for the position of a **Safety & Risk Consultant**, on a 12 Month Contract ensuring all operations are in accordance with health and safety regulations and being an integral part of the growth of the business. This role will have a large focus on supporting the teamin building key policies to further allow growth in a safe environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities within this role will include:
- Create Construction Safety Policy
- Create Facilities Safety Policy
- Create Construction Fire Safety Policy
- Create Facilities Fire Safety Policy
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Must hold NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in safety audits.
- Ability to build effective team relationships, ensuring that team members are committed to depot objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and possess excellent influencing, negotiating and motivational skills.
- Understand the necessity to identify and implement staff training needs.
- Understand the nature of costs and benefits to the company both qualitative and quantitative.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and comprehension of Health and Safety and Hygiene issues.
- Communication skills: to be able to communicate with all levels within the operation.
