Legal Cashier

Location: Grangemouth, Scotland

Full time - Salary negotiable depending on experience

Due to growth in our business **PACITTI JONES** are looking for a full time **LEGAL CASHIER** to work in our busy Grangemouth office assisting our Grangemouth and Linlithgow conveyancing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career by joining a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.

The role involves close liaison with our legal team so you will need to be confident, organised and a great communicator. You should also have the ability to function well under pressure and be able to prioritise your workload using your own initiative.

Role Description

Your duties would include:

- Dealing with online banking - setting up/approving payments and reviewing the client bank account.
- Management of client accounts including allocating funds and payment of outlays and posting entries to Denovo.
- Preparing and reviewing cash statements and ensuring that AML requirements have been completed.
- Setting up new clients.
- Other ad hoc duties like covering reception, dealing with supplier invoices and assisting with storage, will at times be required.

You would report direct to the Cashroom Manager who is also based in Grangemouth and be part of a team of 3 Legal Cashiers.
