Digital Marketing Team Lead

We seek an ambitious and independently driven creative specialist to manage our social media and online channels. This position is based in our Ely office in Cambridgeshire. The Digital Marketing Team Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation’s digital presence is effective and aligned with strategic and commercial objectives.

Reporting to the International Business Development Director, this position is well suited to an individual with strong skills in creative social media marketing, planning and implementation, specifically positioning our services to a very creatively driven audience of authors This role can either be full time in our office premises, or on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote).

**Responsibilities**:
The Digital Marketing Team Lead will be responsible of the following:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Oversee a team of remote based employees.
- Managing all social media channels including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Youtube and Tiktok.
- Creating video content to post across Instagram & Tiktok supporting the promotion of top titles and company services.
- Provide accurate reports and analysis to the International Business Development Director to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Keep track of the website traffic flow.
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audience segments.
- Ensure that advertising campaigns align with the overall brand strategy.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with positioning, messaging and brand awareness building.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
