**About The Role**

SMS- Smart Manufacturing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives to join our team and work at one of our sites based in Stanley

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a process-driven individual who has a passion for the Automotive world.

**What you'll be doing**

Duties and responsibilities of the Production Operative may include, but are not limited to:
Working in accordance with health and safety directives and to standard operating procedures.

Operating machinery on busy production lines.

Quality checking and labelling of finished products

General housing keeping

**Physical Demands** - The role involves the following physical demands on a daily basis:
Standing and/or walking during the duration of a shift

Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during the duration of a shift

Manual dexterity of both hands and wrists
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Punctual
- Good attention to detail and follow process
- be proactive and self-motivated
