**Role overview**:
We are looking for a Post Production Producer to join our team in London for a 3 months Maternity Leave cover, with a likely extension. Reporting to the Joint Head of Film, you will post-produce and deliver a wide range of TV commercials, branded entertainment and editorial content at the best possible quality, on time and within budget.

**As a Post Production Producer at House 337, you will**:

- Manage project deadlines and deliverables in accordance with the agreed schedule and budget, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard achievable.
- Scope, negotiate, and prepare small and large-scale post-production budgets, (time to offline, online, adapt, ingest, distribute or clear - this could be mood films, TVC adapts, TVC offline edits or new scopes)
- Have good base of contacts with post production suppliers (audio studios, post houses, edit houses, VO agents, etc) and working with them on a project by project basis, negotiating the best deals possible.
- Have good knowledge of freelance editors, motion graphic designers, colorists, etc and working with Resourcing dept to contract freelancers on a project basis.
- Have excellent understanding of all company policies, legal and insurance requirements and process documents for each production across Business Affairs.

**Y**ou will bring**:

- 5 years previous post producer experience within a post house or agency
- Technical knowledge of formats, codecs, delivery specs and lead times.
- A solid technical understanding of how Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects projects are set up and worked on.
- An understanding of VO and sound.
- Experience using the FLOAT bookings system.
- Experience in traffic and asset management.
- Experience with licencing, usage renewals, Business Affairs and playouts
