Job Introduction
As the Catering Supervisor you will be supporting the Catering Manager with the running of the kitchen, as well as focusing on delivering the highest quality of food and service as well as having the flair, originality and the ability to make this one of the best school catering offers in the area.

Main Responsibilities
- Supporting with preparation of the menu, using fresh ingredients and the recipes provided
- Preparing food with fresh ingredients and baking using our recipes
- Assisting the Catering Manager with food ordering and stock taking
- Ensure food hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
- Supporting the Catering manager with supervision of the team
- Building relationships with client and customers
- Provide friendly and polite customer service

We need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools along with the following skills and experience:

- Previous catering experience
- Strong cooking experience
- Some experience in leading a team
- Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices

Package Description

- 27.5 hours per week - with no late nights

- £11 per hour
